A distinguished alumnus of IDC School of Design IIT Bombay with a B.Arch and M.Des, Yogesh Dandekar brings over two decades of profound design wisdom to our studio. His design journey that started in 1998, encompasses a wide array of domains, from product and service to transport and experience design. Yogesh's vision famously led to a new concept for customer-centric passenger experience in Indian Infrastructure, which has been successfully implemented at Kochi Metro.

As Founder and Creative Head of Sarg, he seamlessly weaves clarity, depth, and intuition in every project, making the complex feel effortless and the invisible, beautifully visible. His influence extends beyond Sarg, serving on the Board of Studies for Immersive Media Design at MIT Institute of Design and contributes as an active member of ADI (Association of Designers of India), a community of designers across India, visioning to create a meaningful interface between design professionals, people as users, the industry, education institutions and the policy makers. He is a professional member of Board of Studies for Architecture, Pune University. Also, he works as a visiting faculty at Architecture and Design Institutes.

Manasi combines her background in Philosophy and Classical Kathak to shape Sarg's culture and working approach. With a strong foundation in Indian classical arts, she brings clarity and structure to the team's way of thinking and collaborating.

As Founder and Mentor, she provides direction on key decisions, supports team development, and oversees the Studio's Administration. Alongside this, Manasi leads Parikrama Kathak Dance School, which has active branches in Pune and Talegaon Dabhade.
